Spring time!

I love spring time. I love spring for lots of reasons. I love the flowers and all the beautiful colors, but the main reason that I love spring is because it's finally starting to get warm outside! I cannot stand cold weather and I am so very happy that it's starting to warm up. A lot has happened so far this spring and since I last wrote. I’ll start with bubs. Weston has had an awesome tennis season! If you didn’t know already, W is passionate about tennis. He lives and breathes tennis day and night. He just loves the sport and is very humble about his accomplishments. W and his partner won 1^st place mixed doubles at the district tournament, Wylie won 1^stplace at regionals, and 1^st place at the team state tournament. Of course there were numerous other tournaments leading up to these that W participated in and he played extremely well.

Hailey and Ty’s wedding planning is coming along! We are only a month out from the big day and I know they can hardly wait. We will be going to Austin for the final time this week to pick up Hailey’s dress from the lady who has been doing the alterations. And let me just say…her dress is gorgeous! Hailey had her bridal shower this weekend which was followed by Hailey and Ty’s couples shower. They received lots of great gifts and are well on their way to getting things in order for their house. It has been a fun but busy time for them! Ty graduates from A&M on May 11^th and then he will move back to Abilene, which is where he and Hailey plan on living for the time being.

Lastly, Blaker got his aggie ring! All of you aggies out there know how big of a deal this is. I am so proud of him and I know he is so excited to finally have it! Blake’s family and I were all able to make the trip to College Station for ring day and we had a blast. After Blake got his ring we went and took some pictures in the bluebonnets and enjoyed some time outside. It was such a beautiful day. I wasn’t able to stay for Blake’s ring dunk that night, but I know he had a great time with family and friends.

How sweet is this picture? Blaker loves his new baby cousin Paislee so much. And I love this picture of them. Blake also has a new baby boy cousin named Cambell, but sadly I don't have a picture of the two of them together. He is precious too though! Trust me
